Since Chad was a young child he loved building and creating structures with lego and knew at an early age he wanted to get into construction. Chad completed his Red Seal training in construction at BCIT in 2004, and moved on to working as a Superintendent in a restoration company. His eye for detail and desire to have things built ‘right’ and to code changed his path in the industry into working with deficiencies and more customer service avenues. His biggest accomplishments is taking the leap with his family’s support and hearing all the great feedback from customers.
